Episode #62 Bringing Life to the Walking Dead--One Man's Journey to Beating Burn-Out

Download | Duration: 00:44:04

This is the second installment of the Living the Adventurous Life Seminar that I created, so i hope you enjoy this one.  This is similar to "How Adventure Saved My Life" episode but this one is more thought out and is better developed.

This is my story of getting burned out and how I was able to recover from it and how nature, outdoors and adventure played their role in helping me recover.  I offer five tips to recovering from burn-out but they can also be used to prevent burn-out as well.

This episode includes the following:
1-My personal story of burn-out
2-How nature played its role in my life during this time period
3-What is burn-out and it's symptoms
4-5 tips to recover from or preventing burn-out

Great continuation to session #1 brother. Here's another John Muir quote for you that I have on the desktop of my laptop.
“Keep close to Nature's heart...and break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.” -John Muir
